I agree the charges are excessive but feel that this usage if my visa debit was the safest way to get money.
I am pleased that there will be an inquiry into the charges at it seems to be another way the banks are gouging customers and that we cannot seem to do anything about it.

It is terrific that an investigation is going to be held. As a traveller I support any changes that make accessing my money easier and less expensive.
