Remained with bank I’ve been using for years. Has good online services but charges huge $$$ to withdraw cash at foreign atm

Am with commonwealth bank. Has charged approx $30+ fee for withdrawal of approx au$1,000 o/s . Plus $$$$ lost on conversion rates. In the last 6 years I have ‘lost’ hundreds just in fees. Yes I should have changed banks as daughters bank charges no fees for same service.
