no, the design to include using coin would make it too easy to access.
but trials should be done to confirm what age it can be opened.
also the cognitive based restrictions should be based on 5yr skill level which can be quite high.

grey imports of batteries or bulk imports seem to be bypassing what some of the good manufactures are performing

yes, but should be object to phase it out as technology is improving and button batteries can be replace by builtin batteries.
