As these dont address user training and education with a possible minimum age , no amount of safety features will replace human errors

5. The US Standard requires a number of general warning labels to be affixed to the quad bike. The ACCC is proposing additional labels and information in the owners’ manual, alerting the operator to the risk of rollovers and differential selection. Provide comment on these two additional labels (see section 8.6 of the Consultation Regulation Impact Statement)

Yes alerting users of potential dangers but users should be shown these in a course where a certificate of compancy is issued

Driver trainig so as to know what a quad can and cant do . They dont fall over in the shed. Humans make them fall over due to there lacknof knowledge

They should always be open ed diffed .

Different bikes should have different regulations

When humans are involved in anything in life there a going to be incidents that have potentially serious outcomes. All incidents are avoidable with the appropriate procedures implemented with a major emphasis on education and not solely on the vehicle
