To install rollover stop guard; to install rail guard around driver similar to racing drivers; install speed cut off system; install higher guarded seat for driver and passenger; install seat belt system conducive for quad bike riding; install wider wheel axle to create stability; to install individual seat for passenger instead of sharing; and to install safety windscreen.

Australia should have their own standard for safety instead of relying on US standards.

I doubt customers are getting adequate information at purchase point.
Instead of relying on manual, customers should be provide with website links that demonstrates safety concerns with a visual effect.
No cost should be imposed on watching a video around safety measures and quad bike possible hazard and safet issues.
Customer will have better awareness and if need to quad bike license is required.
