Overview

The ACCC’s Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Priorities sets out our priority areas for compliance and enforcement activities and lists the primary factors we consider when deciding whether to pursue issues or matters.

Feedback from businesses and consumers is invaluable when drafting this policy and past feedback has had a direct impact on our priority areas.

We are particularly interested in your views on:

1. The work we are conducting under our current 2023–24 priority areas.
2. Any pre-existing or new issues that might be causing consumer harm or competitive detriment.
3. How we can better target and deliver on our work in 2024–25, including what you would like to see more of from the ACCC.

We are also seeking your feedback on our suite of Product Safety Priorities.
