2024 Strategic Review - Stakeholder Survey

Closes 18 Oct 2024

Opened 2 Oct 2024

Overview

The ACCC is an independent Commonwealth statutory agency that promotes competition, fair trading and product safety for the benefit of consumers, businesses and the Australian community.

Each year, the ACCC reviews our compliance and enforcement policy and priorities. Through this process, we identify issues and sectors that are priority areas for the ACCC, as well as the factors we consider when deciding whether to pursue further action.

Feedback from consumers and businesses helps to shape the decisions the ACCC makes regarding what matters to pursue. We are particularly interested in your views on:

  1. The issues you are currently experiencing and what new issues might be causing consumer harm or competitive detriment.
  2. The work the ACCC is conducting under our current 2024–25 priority areas.
  3. How we can better target and deliver on our work in 2025–26, including what you would like to see more of from the ACCC.

This survey has 10 questions, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your input.
