The National Consumer Congress is an annual conference that brings together consumer groups, community organisations, government and other experts to explore the key issues facing Australian consumers.

This year’s event will be delivered both in-person and virtually.

See the National Consumer Congress page on the ACCC website for further information, including details on the Congress sessions.

Places to attend the event in-person are strictly limited. If you are attending on behalf of an organisation, please consult with your colleagues prior to submitting your registration. Please note, due to venue capacity constraints, a limit may be placed on the number of in-person attendees from an organisation. Any in-person registrations which cannot be accommodated will be offered virtual attendance.
