Stakeholder survey - ACCC annual review of compliance and enforcement policy and priorities
Overview
The ACCC is an independent Commonwealth statutory agency that promotes competition, fair trading and product safety for the benefit of consumers, businesses and the Australian community.
Each year, the ACCC reviews our compliance and enforcement policy and priorities. Through this process, we identify issues and sectors that are priority areas for the ACCC, as well as the factors we consider when deciding whether to pursue further action.
Feedback from businesses and consumers helps shape the decisions the ACCC makes regarding what matters to pursue.
We are particularly interested in your views on:
- The issues that you are aware of that are causing consumer harm or impacting competition and any new issues that might be causing or have the potential to cause consumer or competitive detriment.
- The work the ACCC is conducting under our current 2025–26 priority areas.
- How we can better target and deliver on our work in 2026–27, including what you would like to see more of from the ACCC.
This survey has 11 questions, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your input. In doing so you will help us make sure the ACCC can have the most significant positive impact on issues facing consumers and small businesses.
