Endeavour is proposing to acquire the Beachfront Hotel and attached Cellarbrations bottle shop at 342 Casuarina Drive in Rapid Creek, NT.

Endeavour is a major Australian alcoholic drinks retailer and hotel operator. It operates several bottle shops (including BWS Nightcliff and BWS Casuarina) and hotels (including Airport Tavern) near Beachfront Hotel.

Why your views matter

One of our jobs as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is to determine whether an acquisition would have the effect, or be likely to have the effect, of substantially lessening competition in a market. If it would, it is prohibited under the Competition and Consumer Act.
