Family Day Care Educator Survey - Childcare Inquiry

The ACCC wants to hear from Family Day Care educators about issues affecting your costs, fees and availability of the care you provide to families in Australia.

This survey can be completed anonymously, and you may leave any question blank and still submit your response.

You can call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 if you need help completing the survey. TIS provides a phone interpreting service 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The ACCC may use or disclose information you provide in this survey, including in ACCC publications examining the childcare sector.
