ACCC Florist Industry Survey

Overview

The ACCC is currently seeking information from the florist industry about the business practices of online Order Gatherers, and how they interact with traditional florist businesses.

To assist the ACCC to better understand the interplay between Order Gatherers and traditional florist businesses, we are interested to hear directly from florists about their own experiences and industry knowledge.                                                            

The survey should take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. Majority of the questions in the survey may be skipped if you do not wish to answer them.
