Help us improve how you access AER information online

Overview

The AER launched a new version of its website in late 2023. That release focused on core functionality, with a plan to continue developing the site over time, based on user feedback.

We're now kicking off the next phase and we’d like your input to help shape it.

This survey focuses on your experience using the AER website, including:

• How easy (or hard) it is to find what you need
• What the content is like to read and understand
• Whether anything gets in your way while using the site

We’ll also ask a few optional questions about how you stay up to date with AER news and information, such as website alerts and social media. This helps us understand how people engage with the AER online more broadly.

Your input will directly inform the next round of improvements, helping us make the website more useful, better organised, and more responsive to the needs of the people and organisations we serve.

Survey duration: This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Data and privacy: Your responses are anonymous. At the end of the survey, you’ll have the option to provide your name and email if you're happy to be contacted for follow-up or future user testing. This is completely optional.
