Draft NBN Services in Operation RKR

Overview

On 4 August 2014 the ACCC released a draft NBN Services in Operation RKR and explanatory statement. The draft RKR requests information from NBN Co on the demand for NBN services in terms of services in operation as well as information on network capacity and utilisation.

The ACCC invites comments from interested parties on whether the draft RKR:

• raises any concerns which the ACCC should take into account when deciding whether to make the RKR
• should include any additional information gathering and/or reporting requirements
• should be used to publish reports and if so, what kind of public reporting should the ACCC produce.

Submissions should be provided by no later than 5.00pm on Friday 15 August 2014.
