Overview

On 12 November 2013, GrainCorp made an application under section 44ZZA(7) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 to vary its 2011 access undertaking.

On 12 December 2013, the ACCC released an issues paper inviting public submissions on GrainCorp's application to vary its Access Undertaking for its Carrington grain terminal in Newcastle.

Submissions are due by 31 January 2014.
