The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) is consulting on the online accommodation booking sector in Australia.
This questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
In your responses you should consider any confidentiality clauses in the agreement you have signed and how much to disclose in the questions inviting free text comments.
Why your views matter
The ACCC is considering whether the use of price parity clauses and last room availability clauses by online travel agents (OTAs) in their dealings with accommodation providers raise any competition concerns under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

The ACCC is interested in receiving information that industry participants, stakeholders or any other interested parties may wish to provide about the online accommodation booking sector in Australia.
