The ACCC’s Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Priorities sets out our priority areas for compliance and enforcement activities and lists the primary factors we will take into account when deciding to pursue issues or matters.

Feedback from businesses and consumers is invaluable when drafting this policy and past feedback has had a direct impact on our priority areas.

This year, we are particularly interested in your views on the work we are conducting under our current 2022–23 priority areas, and how we might better target and deliver on this work in 2023–24. We are also asking you to identify any new issues that might be causing consumer harm or competitive detriment.

We would appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your input to help us ensure that our resources are utilised in the most effective way possible in 2023–24.
