E&C Strategic Review 2013

Closed 2 Oct 2013

Opened 18 Sep 2013

Overview

The ACCC conducts an annual review of its Compliance and Enforcement Policy to ensure that its activities are focussed on the current issues affecting Australian consumers and markets.

Stakeholder consultation is an important part of the annual review. This survey provides you an opportunity to give your views on the current policy. Your feedback will assist the ACCC to focus its resources on the areas of most importance.

The survey

The first part of the survey asks for some information about you. Please let us know which organisation you represent.

The second part of the survey asks for your feedback on the current policy. Are the current priority factors still relevant? If not, why not? What are the areas the ACCC should be focussing on within each priority?

The third part of the survey gives you an opportunity to identify up to two new significant issues which you believe the ACCC should prioritise in 2014. These issues may arise from anticompetitive conduct or unfair business practices, they may be of immediate concern or emerging issues or they may relate to particular industries or sectors of commercial activity or more broadly.
