The ACCC is an independent federal government agency whose purpose is to protect consumers through the Australian Consumer Law. It has offices in all states and territories.
The ACCC wants to better understand the consumer issues impacting Indigenous people. Indigenous consumers are less likely to report Australian Consumer Law breaches, but are just as likely to experience detriment. As a person who works with Indigenous people, your insights are important and appreciated.
