The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) would like to hear from people who are thinking about buying a franchise to find out what questions they have or what information they need.

Why your views matter

The information gathered through the survey will inform the ACCC’s work in educating potential franchisees.

The Franchising Code of Conduct is an industry code that applies to franchisors and franchisees in Australia. As well as regulating the Franchising Code, the ACCC provides educational resources to potential franchisees so they are aware of their rights and obligations under the Code.
