ACCC Funeral Services Survey

Overview

The ACCC is prioritising work in the funerals services sector this year.

To help us with this work, we are interested to hear about your experience in arranging a funeral.

We are also interested to hear from you if you work in the funeral services industry or have information you wish to share about the industry.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. You may skip questions throughout the survey if you do not wish to answer them. Only the first question requires an answer, and your answer will ensure that you are directed to the survey questions that suit your situation.

We appreciate you taking the time to assist us protect consumers at a difficult time in their lives.

We will not share the information you provide with anyone outside the ACCC without your consent. You can choose to answer the survey anonymously.
