ARTC annual compliance 2012

Overview

The Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (HVAU) accepted by the ACCC on 29 June 2011 requires the Australian Rail Track Corporation to submit documentation for the purposes of an annual compliance assessment conducted by the ACCC. These requirements are contained in section 4.10 and Schedule G to the HVAU.

On 24 May 2013 ARTC submitted annual compliance documentation relating to the 2012 calendar year.
