ARTC revised variation - Gap to Turrawan

Overview

ARTC submitted a revised application to vary its accepted access undertaking to the ACCC. The proposed variation relates to an extension of the coverage of the HVAU to incorporate certain rail infrastructure between Gap and Turrawan.

The ACCC issued a consultation letter inviting submissions from interested parties on the revised application. Submissions are due by 8 May 2014.
