Hunter Valley access undertaking: annual compliance assessment

Overview

In May 2014, ARTC submitted its annual compliance documentation for the twelve month period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.

The ACCC has issued a consultation paper calling for submissions from interested parties on ARTC’s documentation.

Submissions are due by 11 July 2014.
