Overview

The ACCC has decided to conduct a further two week consultation on three proposed modifications to the pricing approach prior to making a final decision on the SBAS and LBAS FADs.

The SBAS/LBAS FAD inquiry further consultation paper is available on the ACCC website.

Submissions to the further consultation paper are due by 5pm Friday, 7 April 2017.
