Viterra application to extend and vary 2011 undertaking

On 3 September 2013, the ACCC commenced a public consultation process in relation to Viterra’s proposed extension and variation to its 2011 Port Terminal Services Access Undertaking. The ACCC invites public submissions on the application, which are due by 20 September 2013.
