Stakeholders are invited to make written submissions on the consultation paper by close of business Monday 3 February 2014 by completing the online questionnaire. In addition to completing the questions, stakeholders are invited to provide detailed evidence-based comments in the free text fields to support their submission.

The online questionnaire is the preferred way of receiving submissions, but stakeholders may also provide submissions via email or postal mail.

What Happens Next

The ACCC will consider the views provided in this consultation process and will then commence the process of drafting the proposed mandatory standard to be provided to the Minister. Should additional consultation be required, the ACCC will inform stakeholders.
